Delete Your Elle AI 24/7 Account

We respect your right to control your data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This action is irreversible.

Option 1: Delete Within the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Elle AI 24/7 app:

  1. Open the Elle AI 24/7 app on your device.
  2. Navigate to your Creator Profile (tap your profile icon).
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm the prompt.

Your account and personal data will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days. Content shared to the public Showcase may remain until the deletion cycle completes.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

We will process your request within 30 days of receiving your email and send a confirmation once complete.

What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile and account credentials
  • All content in your Library (scripts, images, stories, etc.)
  • Your saved projects, collections, and drafts
  • Your subscription and credit balance history
  • Usage data and preferences

Data required to be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be kept in an anonymized form beyond the deletion period.
